Even as we get older, if a parent comes to town, you want to show them a good time and have a nice meal out. When in Santa Barbara, a great location is brunch at San Ysidro Ranch. The Ranch, as some call it (don’t know if this is cool or not!) is a truly beautiful place that is very welcoming to locals.
It is a small luxury inn located in the hills above Montecito. The ranch has beautiful views, wonderful gardens and a very nice restaurant. There are unlimited photo opportunities!
My friend Lauren’s mom came to town recently and treated us to a lovely champagne brunch at the Ranch.
The champagne brunch is three courses plus delicious homemade baked goods.
The true champagne, mimosas or bellinis were free flowing. The portions weren’t as large as Scarlett Begonia, thank goodness, but none of us left hungry. We tried a lot of different items on the menu- lots of variety to choose from! And as you can tell, the food is so beautifully presented.
Brunch at San Ysidro Ranch is definitely on my list for future celebrations!
