More favorite fashion influencers for your Fall wardrobe planning

After my post a few weeks ago on my favorite fashion influencers, I realized that I had forgotten to mention a few other really excellent ones. There are some really excellent and stylish women out there, and if you need a little Fall inspiration, you might just find it here.

I’ll be upfront about my style- classic, minimal, with a lot of neutral colors. Luckily, this style seems to be in vogue, so it’s relatively easy to find some favorite fashion influencers with the same mindset. I do think it’s important to steer a bit away from the ubiquitous items that are promoted (like this Toteme striped sweater– oh my gosh, it’s everywhere!) And to be completely honest, some of the budgets of my favorite fashion influencers are quite a bit beyond my own! (that’s where The RealReal comes in- wink, wink!)

Despite all that, I credit these stylish women with helping me freshen up my style and find some really great new brands in the process. Perhaps they will do the same for you.

Also, it’s interesting (to me) to note that none of my favorite fashion influencers are American… something for me to ponder…

Thanks to Fashion

I really can’t believe I forgot to mention Mahshid from Thanks to Fashion in my original post- she is really such a lovely source of fashion inspiration. Based in Vienna, Mahshid (I am guessing) is in her early 40s, with two kids. Her clothing budget definitely veers towards the higher end, but she loves a good quality “high street” item as well, with regular stops at COS (one of my favorites!)

Nathalie Martin

Nathalie Martin, based in Canada, is a bit younger than I am (30s?), and while we share generally the same style, she has a bit more edge to her wardrobe. I like that- I like that she pushes her followers to try some new things. While I won’t be sporting any crop tops or serious punk influences any time soon, I do enjoy her fresh approach.

Lumiere d’Helen

Based in Sydney, Helen brings a classic style and more reasonable budget to her curated wardrobe. She’s younger than I am, but one thing I really like is that she has a modest approach- nothing too cropped, too tight, too short. All perfect for a 50 something woman like me! I also like her emphasis on repurposing items you already have in your wardrobe.

Am I missing any great fashion influencers that you think I might like? Let me know in the comments!
